The staff was amiable, the breakfast was enjoyable, everything was great. Its location was brilliant and super so close to the sea. Moreover, it was really close to the pier and two families of seagulls on the roof below, and the centre of the Old Town and George Street & High Street. The rooms were spacious and the service exceptional.

The staff is helpful, the breakfast enjoyable, the location is marvellous really close to east hill as well as local eateries, pubs & cafes. Its rooms are beautifully decorated and brand-new, had a lovely stay in the wonderful old town of Hastings. The point is the sea view was an unexpected bonus.
